How to save TikTok videos on iPhone
Find Safari downloads and understand Files and Photos.
Paste a TikTok video link to download its sound as an MP3 file.
Optional. Shows links for this tool. Up to 20 links across all tools stay on this browser until cleared or history is turned off. No account or sync.

How it works
Choose a post you own or have permission to use, and copy its sharing link.
Paste the link. The server retrieves the source and converts its audio to MP3.
Choose the MP3 button and find the saved file in your browser’s download list.

A little more control
Video, audio and photos each have their own tool. File labels tell you what to expect.
A TikTok to MP3 task can mean saving spoken instructions, keeping your own narration or making an authorized audio copy of a post. Start by playing the specific video and checking its soundtrack. A sound's name or cover image may look familiar even when the version used in the post is shorter, edited or mixed with another recording.
Copy the link to that individual post. A profile, search result or sound collection does not necessarily identify one downloadable audio file. If your copied message includes a caption or extra text, keep only the link in the input. For a clip with no sound, audio conversion cannot create a missing soundtrack.
MP3 is an audio format supported by many players and editing tools. M4A is a container that can hold audio encoded in a different way, such as AAC. Either may be useful, but the names are not interchangeable. An audio result should show the real type of file being offered so you can decide whether your intended app accepts it.
Changing a filename from .m4a to .mp3 does not convert the audio. The file's contents remain the same, which can confuse software expecting an actual MP3. If an available M4A already works in your player, you may not need another conversion. If your project specifically requires MP3, use a genuine compatible output or a conversion process that creates one.
Audio quality begins with the recording and the version available from the source. Background noise, distortion and compression may already be present before a file is saved. An MP3 export cannot restore detail that has been lost, remove all noise or make a quiet recording clearer simply by using a larger bitrate number.
Bitrate describes the amount of data used per second of audio. It can be useful when comparing available encodings, but it is not a standalone quality score. Duration, file size and listening to the result provide additional context. A bigger file may use more storage without offering an improvement you can hear, particularly if the source was already heavily compressed.
After saving, listen to the beginning, a section in the middle and the ending. Confirm that speech is understandable and that the track does not stop unexpectedly. If you need a precise excerpt for an authorized project, check the complete file first, then make edits from a copy so you can return to the source.
A video's audio may combine music, speech and effects into one soundtrack. Saving that audio keeps the mix; it does not automatically separate the background song from a voice-over. A post may also contain only an excerpt of a longer recording, so its available soundtrack should not be mistaken for the full song.
Check the actual duration and listen before deciding whether the file fits your task. If you need an isolated voice, instrumental track or full recording, those are different requirements from obtaining the soundtrack of a post. Nothing on this page promises stem separation, song identification or access to a longer version that is not present in the source.
Audio saved through a browser usually belongs in its download location, not the photo library. Open the browser's download list or your device's file manager and check the selected folder. On a computer, the browser may ask you to choose a location. On a phone, a completed download may need to be opened from the Files or Downloads area.
If the file opens but you cannot hear anything, check the device volume and try a player that supports its actual format. If an editor will not import it, read that editor's accepted-file requirements before renaming or converting anything. Keep a clear name that identifies the post or project; a short note about the creator and permitted use can help you organize related files.
Start with the post itself. Is it still accessible, and does it play the audio you expect? If its soundtrack is missing at the source, choosing another output label will not repair it. If the link is outdated or includes surrounding text, copy a fresh link from the individual post and remove the extra text.
A source may provide video without a separate usable audio option. Other failures can come from unavailable content, an unsupported link type or a transfer that did not finish. Follow the specific message rather than assuming every issue is a format problem. If a saved file is unexpectedly short, compare its playback duration with the post before using it in a project.
Batch mode uses one link per line so each post can have its own result or error. Review the entries individually and keep the displayed allowance in mind when a real service is connected. A sound used by several posts does not mean their audio files are identical: edits, narration, timing and duration may differ.
Optional history saves successful link checks in this browser when enabled. It holds up to 20 links across the tools, not audio files. Remove individual entries, clear the list or turn history off to delete the stored links.

Yes. For a supported video, the server extracts the video soundtrack and converts it to MP3. A post without an available audio track cannot be converted. Photo posts use the soundtrack returned by the provider.
No. They are different file types. M4A may already work in your player, but an app that specifically requires MP3 needs a genuine MP3 output. Renaming the extension does not perform that conversion.
Not necessarily. A post may contain only a short excerpt, an edited version or music mixed with speech. Its soundtrack does not establish that the full song is available.
Voice and music separation is not an offered capability. A soundtrack can contain both in the same mix. Saving or converting that mix to MP3 does not isolate the music.
A photo library is generally not the destination for an audio-only browser download. Check the browser's download list or your device's file manager, then open the file in a compatible audio player.
Check that you have permission for your intended use before adding a soundtrack to another project. Being able to hear or save a post does not, by itself, establish permission to republish its audio.
