Terms of service — local test scope
The current service limits and the information needed before real downloads become available.
What the service provides
The local service retrieves supported public video, audio and photo files through TikWM. Stories, private posts and deleted-content recovery are not supported.
Batch input accepts up to five links. Requests may be limited; files over 80 MB and photo sets over 50 images are not accepted. Temporary files expire after ten minutes. Availability depends on the source and provider.
Use content with permission
Use the intended service for content you own or have permission to download. Check that your planned use of the file is permitted, including any editing, sharing or publication. Being able to access a post does not establish permission for every use of its images, audio or video.
The project does not offer private-account bypasses, access using another person's credentials, or recovery of deleted or expired content. Never provide TikTok passwords or access codes to the tool.
Availability and file quality
File formats, dimensions and sizes are checked from retrieved files. Available quality varies by post. There is no guaranteed processing time, watermark status, uptime or compatibility with every device. Audio conversion cannot improve the source recording.
An independent project
TikTok Downloader Free is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. References to TikTok identify the platform that the planned tools concern; they do not indicate an official partnership or endorsement.
